International Shipping Charges

We use US Post Office Priority Mail International or Express Mail International for international shipping. Priority Mail Internation delivery times are quoted as 6-10 days and Express Mail International delivery times are quoted as 5 days. These transit times are not guaranteed and tracking is not available. Contact us before you order if you need faster shipping or tracking. This will increase your shipping costs by 3-5 times.

Domestic Shipping Options & Charges

We ship UPS Standard Ground within the continental U.S. Shipping charges are calculated based upon the item size and weight when you begin the checkout process. Other domestic shipping options are also available during checkout at additional cost. Special shipping arrangements can be made if you contact us by email rather than ordering through the online store.

Payment Methods

RhinoMoto accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. After filling out our online checkout form an invoice number will be generated and an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. At shipment a payment receipt will be sent to you with the merchandise. Please keep this payment receipt for reference in case of exchange or refund. The order confirmation that is provided online at the time of your order does not serve as your official receipt. The official receipt is the payment receipt that is mailed to you with the merchandise.

Sales Tax Information

We are required by law to collect applicable tax on all shipments to California. No tax will be added to orders that ship to addresses outside of California or to dealers holding valid resale numbers. If applicable, the appropriate tax will be automatically added to your order total.

Please note that the CA sales tax rate will be increasing in Santa Clara county on Jan 1, 2013. We will therefore be required to charge 8.625% on all orders shipped within California.

Product Quality Guarantee

We guarantee all merchandise to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If a problem occurs, we will revalue or replace the item at our option and to your satisfaction. Security of Your Personal Information:

RhinoMoto utilizes the latest security technology to protect your personal information. All information you submit to us is securely encrypted using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This process makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to access or decode the information. The information you provide us will remain confidential and will only be used for shipping and billing purposes.

You can tell when you?re in a secure environment by the following signs: the URL to the left of the colon changes from “http” to “https” to symbolize that this site is using SSL technology and all SSL capable browsers display a symbol (usually a complete Key or Closed Lock) when operating in a secure environment. Our accounting system discards your credit card information except for the last four digits of your card after your transaction is complete.

Refunds & Exchanges

Shopping is easy in the RhinoMoto Online Store. All refunds and exchanges will be gladly accepted when merchandise is returned in its original condition with a valid RMA number. Please contact sales@rhinomoto.com to obtain an RMA number if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason. A credit for the amount of the product plus taxes will be issued on the credit card used on the payment receipt. Please note that we will need to obtain your credit card information again for refunds, as no credit card information is retained in our system. A credit confirmation will be sent to you by mail. There will be NO credit for the shipping and handling amount. If the original payment receipt is not presented upon a refund or exchange, a store credit will be issued when the merchandise is returned in its original condition. Please indicate whether you are returning or exchanging the product. If exchanging, indicate the replacement product of your choice. If returning product for refund, please refernce the RMA number on the package or paperwork.
